Walking is a free and easy way to improve your overall health. Walking not only increases your physical activity, but can also improve your mood.  

Here are some free local walks you could try

Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Maidstone which are open to all ages and abilities. They are easy, short, safe, friendly and free. For more information visit: Ramblers Wellbeing Walk Groups

If you can’t join a walk, try an app

The Active 10 is a free app which anonymously records every minute of walking you do. Just pop your phone in your pocket and away you go! It can track your steps, help you set goals, show you your achievements and give tips to boost your activity. You can download the app from both the Google Play store and the Apple store.
