Flu clinic information

We will be carrying out our 2012/13 Flu immunisation programme for patients 65 and over and those with chronic diseases, from late September. 

 

We will have clinics for these groups on Saturday 29th September and Saturday 6th October.  All those affected will be receiving an invitation to attend at a specific time on these dates. 

 

If you feel you come within the categories above (over 65 or have a chronic disease)  and have not recieved a letter please ask one of our nurses for advice.
